Why Avocados?
I'm a new mom, and I spend a lot of time making healthy meals for my son, with lots of fruits and veggies. Naturally, he likes some more than others.
One of his favorites? Avocados. He loves the texture. The green skin. The yellow fruit that's slippery in his fingers. The smooth brown nut in the middle.
And so he eats them. A lot of them. I've started telling him that if he keeps it up, he's going to turn into "my little avokiddo."
And that's when I had the "Aha" moment. A new line of clothing that riffs on this delightful, multi-colored vegetable, where different hues harmonize to make something fresh, tasty, and fun.

I make sure the manufacturing of all Avokiddo® clothing items is done ethically, in facilities that are safe for the workers and the environment. And all design work, printing, and embroidering is done right here in the USA.
